We quote a fixed price after the discovery visit. Most builds land in one of these bands. A basic system can be ready in about a week, and a more advanced one can take a couple of weeks. Every build includes 30 days of support and runs on the platform subscription below.

The platform price is set at NZ$50 per seat per month, incl. GST. The build bands are a guide, and every build gets a fixed written quote before any work starts.
One person with access to your workspace. Each seat covers every app in that workspace.
Each seat adds 10,000 records and 1 GB of file storage to your workspace's shared pool, so a five-person team shares 50,000 records and 5 GB. Pages and apps are unlimited, and every marketplace app is included. AI usage is paid with prepaid credits, billed close to cost.
AI credits pay for building with AI and for in-app AI features. You buy them in advance in the app, as you need them, and they're billed close to cost.
Installing a recipe is covered by your subscription. Smart installs and AI changes use AI credits.
The subscription is billed monthly through Stripe. Service builds are invoiced against the fixed quote.
Every price on this site includes GST.
